Terms and conditions
Last updated 24 October 2026
These terms cover ordering from Breads & Beans on breadsandbeans.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are
Breads & Beans is a home bakery run by Janavi from JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560062. You can reach us on +91 99443 99821 or [email protected].
Orders
- When you place an order and pay, you're asking us to bake it. Your order is confirmed only when the kitchen accepts it and we confirm on WhatsApp.
- If we can't accept it, we cancel it and refund you in full.
- Please give a correct mobile number and address. We use your number to confirm your order and to reach you on the day.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown on the menu and at checkout. The delivery fee depends on your pincode and is shown before you pay.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
- If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we'll tell you before baking and you can cancel for a full refund.
Our bakes
- Bakes are handmade, so they can look a little different from the photos.
- Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts. We can't promise that any bake is free of these. If you have an allergy, please message us before ordering.
- Most bakes use jaggery instead of sugar. Each item on the menu says which sweetener it uses.
Subscriptions
A subscription is a prepaid plan of Saturday deliveries. It starts when the kitchen confirms it. You can cancel the rest of it at any time as described in Cancellations and refunds. Prices and discounts for new subscriptions may change; a running subscription keeps the price you paid.
Cancellations, refunds and delivery
See Cancellations and refunds and Delivery.
Using this website
Please don't misuse the site, for example by placing fake orders or trying to break it. The name, logo, drawings and photos on this site belong to Breads & Beans.
Liability
If something goes wrong with an order, the most we are responsible for is the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
