Delivery

We deliver fresh bakes within about 15 km of our kitchen in JP Nagar, Bengaluru. You can also pick up your order from us.

Where we deliver

At checkout you enter your pincode and the fee is shown before you pay. If your pincode is outside our delivery area, the checkout tells you so. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can do, or pick the order up from us.

Delivery fees

When it arrives

• Everything is baked to order, so we need at least 24 hours' notice. At checkout you can pick any time slot that starts 24 hours or more after you order, and we deliver within that slot. We don't take same-day orders.
• Each order is checked and accepted by the kitchen. We confirm on WhatsApp, usually within a few hours. If we can't make your date, we tell you and refund you in full.
• We deliver ourselves or through a local delivery partner. Traffic and rain in Bengaluru can make us a little late. If we expect to be more than 30 minutes late, we'll message you.
• Please keep your phone handy and make sure someone can receive the order. Bakes are perishable, so if nobody is available and we can't reach you, we may not be able to deliver again that day.

Subscriptions

Cake box club boxes come every Saturday evening (the time is shown when you subscribe), delivered anywhere we deliver or ready to pick up from our kitchen. If we ever need to move a Saturday, we message you on WhatsApp with the new day.

Pickup

Pickup is free. We share the pickup address and timing on WhatsApp once your order is accepted.

Looking after your bakes

Cakes and anything with cream are best kept in the fridge and eaten within two days. Cookies and brownies keep for about five days in an airtight box. Mug cake mixes keep for months; check the date on the pack.
