We collect only what we need to bake and deliver your order, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, landmark and pincode, the date and slot you pick, any note you add, and what you ordered.
• Your location, only if you choose: if you tap "Use my current location" or move the map pin, we save that spot with your order so we can find your door. Your phone asks your permission first. We never track you in the background.
• When you pay: Razorpay handles the payment. We receive the payment reference, amount, status and the phone number used, but never your card, UPI PIN or bank login.
• On your phone: the site saves your bag, your checkout details and a list of orders placed on that phone in your browser's storage, so you don't have to type them again. This stays on your device. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To confirm, bake, deliver and track your order, and to message you about it on WhatsApp or by phone.
• To process payments and refunds through Razorpay.
• To keep the billing records the law requires.

We don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to take payments and make refunds.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores order records for us.
• OpenStreetMap services (or Google Maps, if we switch to it), to turn your search or map pin into a street address. They receive the search text or the pin, not your name or number.
• A delivery partner, when we use one: only your name, number and address, for that delivery.
• WhatsApp, when we message you there.

We share data with the authorities only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require, then delete them. You can clear the details saved on your phone at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, except records we must keep by law. Write to [email protected] or message +91 99443 99821. We reply within 7 days.
