About us

Last updated 24 October 2026

Breads & Beans is a small home bakery in JP Nagar, Bengaluru, run by Janavi.

We bake brownie bites, mini cookies, cakes and mug cake mixes in small batches. Most of our bakes are sweetened with jaggery instead of refined sugar, and each item on the menu says which sweetener it uses.

Everything is made to order in our home kitchen, so we need a day's notice. You place an order on this website at least 24 hours ahead, the kitchen checks the day and accepts it, and we bake it fresh for the date you pick. We deliver within about 15 km of JP Nagar, or you can pick up from us.

One day we'd like a little café and a market stall. Until then, the kitchen is at home and the oven is always warm.
